- Notification on completion of transaction would be sent as SMS to sender and receiver
- Transaction Pass-code will be sent in SMS to the sender
- Sender to communicate Pass-code to the receiver
3. Transaction receipt
- Upon successful transaction collect the stamped receipt from HBL Express Agent
RECEIVE MONEY PROCEDURE
1. To receive money through HBL Express receiver should carry:
- Original CNIC and copy of CNIC
- Pass-code
2. Cash Collection:
- Show valid original CNIC and transaction SMS on mobile phone
- Enter Pass-code communicated by sender

- Upon successful transaction collect the stamped receipt from HBL Express Agent
- Collect amount in cash. No fee is charged by the receiver.

Terms & conditions
1. The 'Transaction Receipt' is only valid if it has been duly filled, stamped and signed by an authorized HBL Express Agent. HBL shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Customers if the Customers fail to obtain a valid 'Transaction Receipt' with complete details.
2. The Customer undertakes that HBL Express service will be used by him/her only for bona fide transactions without violating the provisions of any law, regulation or rule applicable in Pakistan and agrees to indemnify HBL and HBL Express Agentsagainst any and all claims arising out of his/her breach of the representation and warranty contained in this Clause. Customers agree to use the HBL Express service at their own risk and HBL, its agents shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever sustained by the Customer, unless such loss or damage arises from gross negligence or fraud on the part of HBL, its agents.
3. By using the HBL Expressservices, the Customer agrees to bear and pay all transaction fees as well as any taxes that are payable or that may be imposed on the transaction as fees.
4. The Customer agrees to authorize HBL to contact them, via email, SMS or phone to provide information related to Money Transfer and other 'HBL Express' services and/or acquire details in relation thereto.
5. Number of allowed transaction and their amounts are subject to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Branchless Banking Regulations dated June 20, 2011 and its subsequent amendments.
6. The 'Sender' must possess an original and valid NADRA CNIC and a photocopy must be provided to the HBL Express Agent. In addition, the 'Sender' must provide valid NADRA CNIC Number and Mobile Number of the person to whom the funds are being remitted (the 'Receiver') and ensure its correct entry by the HBL Express Agent. HBL and the HBL Express Agent shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the 'Sender' or 'Receiver' or any other person due to incorrect information provided by the Sender to HBL Express Agent.
7. The 'Sender' is responsible to inform the Receiver of the Transaction Passcode (the 'Passcode'). It is the responsibility of the 'Sender' / 'Receiver' to protect and maintain the secrecy and privacy of the transaction Passcode (the 'Passcode') delivered via SMS. HBL must be immediately informed if the Passcode and/or Transaction ID is leaked.HBL will not be responsible for any loss caused to customer if the Passcode and/or Transaction ID is compromised in any way.
8. The notice of confirmation of payment to the 'Recipient' does not warrant that the 'Recipient' has received the payment or has access to the funds. The 'Receiver' will only be able to receive the remitted funds upon provision of valid NADRA CNIC and a photocopy along with the 'Transaction ID' and 'Passcode' from any authorisedHBL Express Agent.
9. HBL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and notify such changes/amendments to the Customer prior to implementation in such manner as it may deem appropriate.
