1. To pay bill through HBL Express customer should carry:Utility bill
Cash
2. Bill Payment:
Show the utility bill, provide mobile number and make the payment
3. Bill Stamping:Consumer must get the bill stamped by the Agent
4. Transaction Notification:Notification on completion of transaction/payment would be sent as SMS to the consumer

1. The 'Transaction Receipt' is only valid if it has been duly filled, stamped and signed by an authorized HBL Express Agent. HBL shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Customers if the Customers fail to obtain a valid 'Transaction Receipt' with complete details.
2. The Customer undertakes that HBL Express services will be used by him/her only for bona fide transactions without violating the provisions of any law, regulation or rule applicable in Pakistan and agrees to indemnify HBL and HBL ExpressAgent against any and all claims arising out of his/her breach of the representation and warranty contained in this Clause. The Customer agrees to use the HBL Express services at their own risk and HBL, its agents shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever sustained by the Customer, unless such loss or damage arises from gross negligence or fraud on the part of HBL, its Agents.
3. By using HBL Express services, the Customer agrees to bear and pay all transaction fees as well as any taxes that are payable or that may be imposed on the transaction as fees.
