PEMRA Issued A Showcause Notice to Geo Tv

So finally PEMRA took action against Geo TV's unethical act done by Shaista Lodhi in the morning show Utho jago Pakistan. Our very own PEMRA always a bit late and the responses on these issues are also too late. PEMRA recieved over 5000 complaints against Geo TV's morning show program Utho jago Pakistan.

Many people start protest against PEMRA why isn't they so lame on monitoring programs which are onaired with such unethical content. Electronic media and many personalities raised their voice. So finally PEMRA listen so many complaint voices and issued a showcause notice to Geo TV. Lets hope every thing resolve by law. Have a look at the Duniya News video below.
