Happilac paints comes with a new Tv Commercial after a very long time featuring child star Bilal khan and many other kids. This time the theme of the TVC is based on children. As all children love colours and express their feelings through colours same is the case here. Children were happy playing and they need more different colours. In the end they choose a purple colour dress as the motivation to paint their rooms wall.
