The 13 th episode of Iftar Mulaqat was an awesome one! More awesome, however, was the guest of honor Nadia Hussain. The super talented woman graced the set with her presence and it might be one of the best episodes to have aired till now.
Nadia Hussain is a super talented woman when it comes to ambitions and career goals. She is a top tier model, a fashion designer and a dentist. To top it all off, she is also a Mom of four kids!
The woman manages everything effortlessly and gives her best to whatever she does. She admits that managing all these require a lot of time but her hard work pays off.
“Salon, Designing and Modeling mein time nikalna parta hai”
She is a dentist by profession and started modeling since the age of 19 and it was later when she initiated the salon business. She comments about the salon by saying that she didn’t know the kind of havoc she was ensuing in her life by venturing into that…
“Jab salon shuru hua tha tou mujhay andaza nahi hua ke yeh kya toofan agaya hai”
Nadia has managed to stay afloat and on top of everything despite the demanding routine and arduous workload she has. With Ramadan becoming a month of weight watching for many women Nadia told us her preferences during Ramadan.
“For me cooking essentials are Dahi phulki, pakoray and fruit chaat”
She further said that it’s not important to eliminate all else from your diet you should indulge in everything. “The Secondary items are Samosay or channa chat”

Hina and Nadia had a jovial chitchat that covered everything from her beautiful looks, life goals, children and various issues of our society. One of the topics Nadia was adamant on discussing was the current Social media problem.
“I think there’s a lot that’s happening on the social media. There’s so much hate over social media.”
Nadia believed it was a worrisome thing, which if not stopped in due time would lead to disastrous results, although she didn’t let it affect her.
“What’s happening on social media, doesn't really bother me”
But Nadia felt the need to discuss this issue since everybody has gotten a platform to speak and people don’t necessarily use it in the right way.
“People comment without even thinking about it. Freedom of speech is being used in ways it shouldn’t”
Nadia Hussain was introduced to this world of media at a very young age, and maybe that’s why very few things bother her. Although she was quick to mention that she’s never faced such a thing in person.
