These terms and conditions, together with the terms and conditions that are specific to any Campaign of VOILER (as defined below campaign-wise) are known as the 'Rules'. Words used in the Campaign Terms shall have the same meaning when used here.

VOILER reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Campaign and/or the Rules without notice for any event that is outside of VOILER’s reasonable control. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Campaign, or any other matter relating to a Campaign, the decision of VOILER shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by VOILER.

Entries must be made by the Closing Date and in the manner set out in the Campaign Terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
There is no requirement to make any purchase in order to enter the Campaign or access the website.
Unless otherwise set out in the Campaign Terms, VOILER accepts no responsibility for the return of any Entries.

Winner will be announced via the social media and the details will be updated on the website. An SMS will also be sent to the winner of the competition.
It should be understood that Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee any entrant as a winner.
It should be understood that the selection of the winner into the segment “Gao Merey Sath” will be on the sole discretion of the singer.
Unless otherwise set out in the terms and conditions, this service will be monitored on technical grounds to ensure maximum quality of participation.
VOILER holds absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any entrant has used any foul language. This will cause your termination from the service subscription.
