As the name shows the whole story of the movie , that this movie is the story of shahid khan afridi life a well known crickter and alrounder of pakistan. MainHoon ShahidAfridi Story of a boy (Noman Habib) who dreams to become Shahid Afridi finds himself down on luck when the only club he ever knew goes bankrupt. 
With no place else to go he discovers one last chance to save his club, his town and his dream. A cricket tournament coming to Sialkot which may be the club’s last hope. But are they ready yet? Are they confident?
A team of misfits with no facility and no coach, can they even qualify for the cup and face the highly skilled undefeated rivals who were born with a golden spoon in their mouths and every facility in their hands? 
With that question in mind they decide to take help from an ex cricketer Akbar Deen (Humayun Saeed), but Akbar has a dark past of his own. When fates collide and mysteries unfold, “Main Hoon Shahid Afridi” embarks on a journey of Mistrust, Betrayal, Love, Power and Unfulfilled Dreams.

 Meet Micheal Magnet ( Hannan Arif ) the backbone of the team and irreplaceable keeper who draws any ball in his gloves like a magnet.
 Meet Kashif ( Gohar Rasheed ) also known as kali andhi is a blazingly fast bowler with an beatable speed. 
  Meet Sheikh ( Aysm Mehmood ) also known as deeware teen is the opening batsman of the team who who would stand like an iron wall with the opponents ball and his wickets.
 Meet Alina (Ainy Jaffri), a young enchanted girl always exploring and traveling to discover something new in life. She is also a supporter of Sialkot Shaheens.
 Meet Akbar Deen (Humayun Saeed) is the coach of a team of misfits, Sialkot Shaheens. He is determined and keen that his team wins the Under 19 national cricket cup but his dark past keeps coming his way to haunt him and stop him.
 Meet Majeed Maulvi (Humza Ali Abbasi) is a strict Pakhtoon with a short temper who would spare no batsman with his bowling. ( Remeber he is the one in the candi Biscute TVC )
 Meet Malick Khalid (Ismail Tara) would risk everything including his wife’s bangles and motorbike to save the last remaining asset he inherited from his forefathers, Malick Cricket Club.
 Meet Winning is the only word in Mian Asif Qureshi’s (Jawed Shiekh) dictionary. He would go to any limits to assure his victory, even if he has to put the only people at stake who loves him the most.
 Once strong-minded and passionate Sara (Mahnoor Baloch) is now a woman of few words now left with a broken heart, looking for answers from people around her.
 Meet Imam Deen (Nadeem Baig) is a man living an abandoned life to evade everyone around him who reminds him of his ugly past he once faced because of his son Akbar Deen (Humayun Saeed).
 Meet Shahid Bhatti (Noman Habib) a boy who dreams to become Shahid Afridi, does not know the price he has to pay to achieve the ultimate goal he has ever lived for.
 Meet Bashir Bhatti (Shafqat Cheema) who has lived his life in gambling and denying every bond he has towards his family including his wife, his daughter and his dreamer son.
 Meet Mikaal Qureshi (Shahzad Sheikh) is a young proud brat and the Captain of Islamabad Hunters with an unconquered winning streak.
 Meet Thomas J. Nicks (Summer Nicks) is a ruthless Australian coach hired specially to train Islamabad Hunters to turn them into a coldblooded invincible team.
